Cafe Genevieve

Cafe Genevieve, East Broadway Avenue, Jackson Hole, WY 83001, USA

Cafe Genevieve is a culinary fixture in Jackson Hole, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a historic log cabin originally constructed in the early 1900s for town councilwoman Genevieve Lawton Van Vleck. Cafe Genevieve serves southern-inspired fare made with ingredients from local producers, including Snake River Farms, Huidekoper Ranch, and Vertical Harvest. Brunch is served every day until 3pm, so there is no excuse not to try the Cajun Eggs Benedict, Fried Chicken and Waffles, and, of course, a side of Pig Candy.

First impression: the female buser bulldozed us out of her way twice before we even sat down. We thought, "Excuse us". The Cajun Benedict was probably the best Benedict I've ever had. The Biscuits and Gravy tasted sour.

Loved their dog-friendly porch. Excellent beet salad and raw veggie salad too. Only weird thing was the “sesame vinaigrette” on the raw veggie salad was very spicy (luckily served separately). Roast chicken added to salad was cooked perfectly

Had the elk sirloin and fried chicken. Both were delicious. We sat outside. Parking on street wasn't crowded at 5. They also have HH and drinks were $2 off.

What a gem in downtown Jackson! We enjoyed a delicious dinner on the front porch. I had the Pig Candy Salad, and it was delicious. Others had the fried chicken, and the pulled pork sandwich — no one was disappointed! Great service, thank you!

Great service fantastic food. The elk steak was amazing to die for tender. Mushrooms were so good purée potatoes also were incredible along with the green beans. The pig candy salad with chicken and avocado was a hit with the Mrs.
