This organization represents the best of what businesses could/should be: inclusive and eco conscious. I highly recommend watching the documentary Hearts of Glass to learn more about their mission.

. They no longer conduct tours due to Covid. . You can still see the equipment with the plants in motion from the outside. . Watching it at night is a lot better because of the lights.

What an incredible idea! They have walls of vegetables and plants growing on a conveyor system. They provide fresh greens to local businesses year round despite the amount of snow they receive. Plus you can go into their little shop and learn about the process while picking up some local goods.

I filled my fiancé here after drinking a few beer at the snake river brewery. Building looks super cool, with neon lights and moving plays indoors. It’s like a giant greenhouse inside. I’m not 100% what they are doing here, but seems like it’s some sort of urban sustainable vegetation growth facility. If that’s what you are in to.

Very interesting place. I was able to pick up 2 different salads and was very impressed. The Pea Shoots was very good, the Spicy Mix was a lot spicer then I thought vegetables and micro greens could be.
