I recently spent two weeks vacation at the beach in SC. Xplorie was designated by the property management company as the activity partner and planner. At every stage Xplorie exceeded expectations and provided first rate service. I highly recommend that you use their services and call them if they are involved in your vacation. Every single person who answered the phone (yes they actually answer calls in a timely way) and coordinated my tee times was a pleasure to work with. Great company and experience, 5 stars.

We learned of Xplorie through our cabin rental company. When I say their customer service goes above and beyond, I'm not kidding! We started our journey booking three excurisions. Unfortunately due to car trouble I knew there was no way we would make our first day's event. I called them on a whim to see if we could reschedule. Tia, our customer service rep, was amazing! She reorganized all of our excursions to fit them in and make it all work. She wished us well and sent us on our way. Once arriving to our excursions, they were fantastic! No glitches, no problems, just tons of fun. If you can stay somewhere that uses Xplorie, do so. You won't regret it!

They seemed super helpful at first but when it was time to go to Anakeesta as planned, which was open until 9pm and got there at 4 (because Astra Lumina doesn't start til dark). We figured wed have time to do some activities before AL. No one tells u how insanely busy it is and that the lines to even get up to Anakeesta via Chondola or Rambler could be a 3 hr wait... Mind u we had a 2 yr old. We'd have gladly accepted their offer to reschedule but it was planned on our last nice day there. We were leaving the next morning and it was going to rain all day long.They would not refund. We would never have had time to do anything so we couldn't sit there for hours in hopes to spend an hour there. Luckily we sold our tickets to people in line needing tickets for cheaper to help them and us for not eating the cost.

Super cool day! All the guys in the Sea Blaster were great! Both families had a great time! The beer and wine were cold! Lol
