Wyoming Inn of Jackson Hole

My employer set myself and a couple of other co-workers up in rooms here for a night due to weather conditions. The rooms were charged to the employers card. The desk attendant at the time of check in, told me I needed to put another card on file for a damage deposit. They went and charged my card, my employers card, and the other employees cards as well, for the rooms. So they double charged everyone. I called them and they said they would refund the card. The pending refund sat in my account for a week and then dropped off. I called the hotel again and all they could tell me was that they did everything on their end and now it is up to me to call my bank and figure it out. My bank had no action of a refund from them and I had to go through a whole process of filing a fraudulent charge claim which took up more of my time for something that the hotel did. Please be vigilant to check your card account for unnecessary charges from this place.

We chose a suite with a fireplace and when we arrived we were upgraded to an even larger one (granted the "shoulder season" between winter and summer). All the staff, Megan, Kayla and Cinthya were wonderful hosts offering welcomes and any advice, especially for dinner. The suite was spacious, large bathroom, fireplace and comfortable bed. And the lobby is special - see the photos. There are a number of choices along W. Broadway in town but we highly recommend you check out the Wyoming Inn!

Room is clean and updated, gives you a true Wyoming feel. Staff kept the common areas exceptionally clean as well. Centrally located and close to plenty of food options. Parking is safe, area is safe. Decided to go elsewhere for breakfast as the restaurant seemed a bit unorganized.

My wife and I stayed here for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. Craig at the front desk was welcoming and very helpful in guiding us through our weekend plans around town. The hotel does a great job providing a detailed and comfortable stay. The housekeeping provided fresh towels and a clean room every single day. The Whistling Grizzly restaurant inside of the hotel was excellent. We will absolutely stay here again in the future.

I’m not sure how this is rated as a 3-Star hotel—it’s definitely a luxury property. A beautiful lodge-style hotel! From the moment you enter the lobby, you feel the welcoming decor and friendly staff. The room is fabulous. We had a fireplace & sofa and chair. An amazing walk-in shower, and a double vanity. We especially liked the under-vanity lights that turn on automatically when you walk into the bathroom. Plush robes to use, very comfy bed & pillows. Ate dinner at the restaurant on-site. Delicious food and great service! As soon as we arrived, we extended our stay to add a second night.
