Gloria at Bursch Travel helped us set up our first cruise vacation for a 7-day Chrisrmas Cruise with Royal Caribbean to Cozumel, Roatan, and Costa Maya. She made sure we maximized our vacation for all it was worth, helping us set up our shore excursions and working out the details of drink packages. It was so nice to just sit and let the expert do all the work! The team there also made sure we got all the paperwork we needed, and Bursch Travel includes helpful hand outs to make sure you have all your documents and important items packed. Booked a trip, and had to cancel. We bought travel insurance for just this reason. No money back, and a travel voucher that has so many restrictions on it, I couldn't use it for another trip I'm taking in September. Will not use them again.

We found this business back in 2013. My now wife and I were still just engaged and weren't quite sure if we should plan a wedding or take a family trip with our soon to be new blended family. We stopped here on a whim, met a young woman who had just started her career, and the rest is history. We booked our first trip and have been using Bursch and our travel agent Jessica Lindquist since then for a trip almost every year. The amount of leg work she will do to find us the perfect trip and time for us every time makes working with her that much more enjoyable. Also, the fact they do a payment program to help you afford your dream vacations takes the worry of how will we ever afford this trip. The next trip is in July, and we are already thinking or more future ones to come.
