White Glove Cleaners threw away the STEAM supplies for an entire summer camp and tried to claim that the supplies "looked like trash to them." The supplies were in sealed containers that were clearly labeled and sorted. They also threw away children's backpacks--FROM A SCHOOL, claiming they "looked like trash." They refused all efforts to reclaim any items and offered ZERO compensation to those effected. FIND ANOTHER SERVICE. These clowns deserve to go out of business.

Nice people and responsive, but said they didn’t quote or give a price range for move out cleaning services. Our apt was completely empty (and clean) 700 sqft apt. Then charged 13.5 hours for around $700 (over double what the movers charged us). I completely understand both the labor shortage and challenge of running a small business in Jackson, however a heads up ab the usually range would have been very helpful. We only had 2 appliances that were cleaned so an average of 6 hours per appliance seems wildly over stated.
