New to the area and pleasantly surprised with how great Westbank's service is. Great to see such big smiles on the truck drivers faces even during the toughest days of this epic snowy winter.

Garbage day is a big deal in our household... My kids love when the garbage truck comes! Our driver from Westbank is the best and always takes the time to wave to them. I'm looking forward to taking my kids to touch-a-truck this summer!

West Bank donated a large dumpster for our 79th annual Bondurant BBQ. This was a surprise as we had planned to have to pay for it. Our community club raises money to help the community. We are so grateful and. I can’t say enough about their kindness. Thank you seems so insignificant. These people are a superior business! Further the company serves my neighborhood as well and everyone here is pleased with the service. Drivers are pleasant and helpful! Everyone should use this company for their refuse needs! Thank you!

DO NOT USE WESTBANK!! we have been waiting for 4 weeks to have them pick up our garbage cans after switching to YELLOW IRON. We have called multiple times and each time Tiffany or someone else informs us that we will be the next pickup which does not happen. I have requested a senior manager and multiple calls back to no avail. Very unprofessional which is why we switched to yellow iron.
