Wells Fargo Home Mortgage

They don't open until 10:00 on Monday's then make it a complete hassle to cash a check from one of there customers. Going to start refusing checks from Wells Fargo. This bank is a joke.

Amber, Heather, Vicky and all the folks that bent over backwards today to help us... A huge thank you. We love our Wells Fargo bank and all the wonderful folks there who always show us such kindness when we stop in.

Every single manager at this branch should be fired. I have to come to this bank every day for my job. At least twice a week I wait 30+ minutes in the drive-thru. As I write this review there has been ONE vehicle in front of me and I've been waiting 40 minutes. It's absolutely absurd. On top of that I have to drive 45 minutes a few times a month to another branch because this one won't give businesses more than one roll of change per day. And if you take them change that's not rolled they refuse it. They also don't have a notary. What bank doesn't have a notary? Bank of Jackson Hole is a great local alternative. No one should be doing business with the Wells Fargo Jackson branch. Not if you value your time or need actual banking services. Btw, finished writing this review and STILL waiting for the ONE vehicle ahead of me to finish. Wells Fargo upper management should be embarrassed of this branch. What a joke.

I wish I could give Efigenia 500 stars! She brightens my day every time I pull into the drive through. Its so amazing to live in a small town and people remember you and relies you exits. I have seen her for almost three years now and She is amazing. WELLS FARGO you got a wonderful person on your hands!!! She is amazing! BEST Customer Survive! The best!

Wells Fargo no longer has local mortgage department. Nor are they able to give funding for the Jackson Hole Community Housing Trust Deed Restricted Properties. Wish I had asked the Housing Department for list of local qualified lenders before starting to work with Wells Fargo. Turns out "unfortunately Wells Fargo is not able to assist our homebuyers. Some bank’s underwriting teams are not familiar with our ground lease deed restriction and cannot get approval to fund the loan on a property where the bank would not have first lien on it in the case of foreclosure." so avoid, avoid, avoid. Also would be nice if they took the mortgage sign down off the street.
