Virginian Lodge

In late September, early Oct. we stayed several nights at the Virginian in Jackson, WY. Since we'd be traveling with our dog, we did lots of research to find a place that not only welcomed dogs, but a place that would be easy to stay at with a dog. The newly remodeled rooms, the open spaces with outdoor fire rings, the remodeled bar, service and hospitality were all great. We are seasoned travelers (so is our dog) and the next time we're in Jackson, WY, we'll be staying at The Virginian Lodge.

Really enjoyed our stay at Virginian Lodge. Especially liked all nice little details including the interiors, hot tub, Fellow water boiler, free shuttle to Jackson Hole ski resort. The staff at front desk are also welcoming and helped us with different requests. Thanks! Will come back and stay here again.

Awesome pool & hot tubs with views for days! I loved all the fire pits in the courtyard too. I attended the Father John Misty Concert this past summer and really enjoyed the event and this property. Newly remodeled rooms were super nice too. Lastly the breakfast place on site was really tasty!

Everything we needed for our family’s stay in Jackson. Our suite was spacious and clean. The common green space and pool are great for kids. The complimentary s’mores on the fire pits are a nice way to end the evenings. Grabbing takeout breakfast from the restaurant on property was also good and easy. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Stayed at the Virginian at the end of Feb and enjoyed my stay. The staff is friendly and the location is just right. It's about a 20 min walk from downtown (but I would just drive since parking is super easy there). They have a shuttle to the mountain at 8am and picks you up at 4:30pm. The rooms are renovated and look nice but there are a couple functional things I wish they fixed. The shower only has a half glass so water falls onto the floor. The door to the bathroom is a sliding door and doesn't close tight so you can see inside one side of the bathroom (the side where someone would be changing their clothes). The hot water was great, they have a nice rain shower head and the bodywash/shampoo smells good. Coffee in the lobby was very good.
