    I was and still am very very frustrated with robo calls. The lady on the Union line was so kind and listened to my frustration. Gave me a few hints to see if they would work as Union doesn't have a main block number . Suggested I call National Do Not Call Registry. I will try it. She deserves a hugh award for patience.

    I been calling union for three days always on hold. I was planning on supporting our local business but that doesn't seem wise. 👎

    Always a pleasure going in there. They are always honest with me and does a good job Will continue to use them

    Purchased a new phone from them, had trouble with it the first day. They couldn't find anything wrong. Contacted the phone maker and they asked Union to replace my phone with a new one. They refused and stated I had to send my broke one into to have repaired! Not happy with that!

    This is not a reflection on the folks at the store in Riverton however it is reflection on Union and is this reflection on Union in general. I was sent a card to update my phone a number of months ago which I did. 2 months ago I received a letter saying that my phone had not yet been updated and was given a number to call and over 2 week. I tried calling this number I was on hold for hours without anybody picking up I even tried the press one and we will call you back option which nobody did. Today I find out that they were having issues with their emails as well as their phone assistance. So after not having phone service our cross country trip I go into the store and I'm informed that it's my phone and that I have to get a new one and that they are out of retention phones for customers. I have been with Union since 1998 and and I am here to let folks know that they would do well to search elsewhere if Union is incapable of letting their long term customers let alone there are new customers no anything short of having to go 60 miles from my home to the nearest sto the nearest store to find out information that easily could have been emailed or mailed to my home customer service has been lost on Union which used to be an honest wonderful wyomissed wonderful Wyoming company perhaps it's time for me to look outside of Wyoming for quality cellular service.
