The folks at The Hub, Jackson are spot on every time I swing through. Customer service and staff knowledge is unprecedented. I've been interested in an ebike for a long time, but I had absolutely no idea where to start. Let me tell you,,,, These guys killed it. Check out the pictures below of my super-dialed Felt outfitter complete with vee studded snow tires. I've already trekked up and over Rawlins Pass CO and I can't wait to get in the Wind River backcountry. Thank you so much to the knowledgeable staff at The Hub for building this bad boy. Great shop, service and experience on all fronts. They’ve done a bunch of repairs on my road bike, MTB and fat tire bike (brakes, dropper post…). Quick turnaround and high quality. If they don’t have what you need, they’ll get it for you fast.
The Hub was absolutely fantastic! I'm doing a cross country tour on the TransAmerica Trail, and I rolled into town in need of some help with a very unique case for them to solve. Cary was extremely knowledgeable, quick to help me get what I needed, and proficient with the labor. On top of that, he was just a great guy as well as the other staff that helped me out. The shop itself is awesome, and they have so much sweet gear that I'll have to come back for whenever I'm in town again. Thanks for getting me back out on the road!
