The Bird

We were told this was the best burger in town, didn’t realize it came with bad service. We sat down and the waitress brought us menus. Ordered two burgers and a drink. Patiently waited, no one checks in with you. Way too many people for only two servers. No wonder they didn’t care to chat nor be extra polite or helpful. Our food was great it was the best burger I’ve had in a minute but please get more help or encourage the servers to be more welcoming. We also waited 20+ to pay because our server disappeared :/

Big loud place. Very good food. It was hard to hear what my family was saying when they were seated right next to me.

The burger had great flavor. I didn’t love that the burgers are on English muffins. Average price is $20 for a burger.

This place is our go-to when we visit Jackson and they're open. Love the patio. Love the vibes, the music, the service, all of it. I am a creature of habit, my go to's are wings (big fan of the garlic parm , or the sesame ginger). The queso queen if I am feeling a burger with fries. Their burgers come on English muffins and taste great. Will be back again :)

Great food with a great attitude (must read the backside of the menu for the burger names and the story that illustrates their humor). The housemade potato chips were light and fresh it should be added to all orders. As an adult I must say, after stealing some of my kids chicken nuggets appetizer; it was well seasoned with an incredible remoulade sauce (11 yr old finally said he preferred something over chic fil a). My BLTT with horseradish mayo was awesome and my wife set her fresh turkey cesar salad was epic ( you could tell the turkey was fresh and hot). Not sure who's back there in the kitchen or who owns the place....But you're doing a stand up job in both respects. *Sorry folks, we forgot to take pictures of the food cause we ate it so fast.
