Thal Glass Studio
-
Over several years we've been building our collection of original, beautiful, top quality glass work from Laurie and Dan. They are always extremely professional and friendly, whether we're buying something or just looking, and it is a joy to visit their studio. I look forward to continuing our relationship!

On the way from Jackson to Teton Village, we decided to visit the Thal Glass Studio and am so glad we did. We not only were given a tour of the studio and many of the outstanding art pieces that Laurie and Dan have created, but Laurie took the time to briefly show us some of the techniques used to make the different art pieces. Laurie's expertise in glass blowing combined with Dan's unusual skills in sandblasting have resulted in some of the most unique glass pieces I have ever seen - truly beautiful art. If you appreciate art glass - or art in general, I would urge anyone to take the time and visit the Thal Glass Studio in Wilson, Wyoming.

Great place and amazing activity. I know I know...glass blowing might seem a bit intimidating. In Laurie's capable hands it is fun, educational, and gratifying! Go. The studio has beautiful finished pieces. Leaving with your own finished ornament is fantastic.

If you want to acquire or give true art pieces and you love blown glass this is one of the most extraordinary places that I have ever come across. We have been clients for four years and have purchased gifts for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays. The pieces are all exquisite, and everyone who has received a gift from Thal Studio has been beyond impressed.

I brought my whole class of 4th graders and we had such an amazing time today at our glass ornament workshop! Laurie Thal is a phenomenal artist and teacher. She welcomed all seventeen of us into her studio, which is full of glass artwork, without blinking an eye. Each student took a turn making their own ornament - choosing the colors, blowing the glass, and turning it in the oven. Students were involved in the process from start to finish, and we simply can't wait to see the final results on Monday! Thank you Laurie!
