Awesome time. The whole family had a great time. Winston was one of our trail guides. Cool guy.

Friendly staff, great price. Hour ride was perfect, just what we were looking for. We had a little wait because a certain horse was needed for our group. While waiting in the sun my daughter started to not feel well on the horse, the staff quickly got her down, provided her with water and made sure she was able to enjoy the outing. That’s the kind of customer service that has me leave 5 star reviews.

Quinn was absolutely awesome! I was lucky enough to have the horse (Rowdy) right behind him. We had awesome conversations. I love the way that he was so cautious and checked on every rider throughout the ride. We had a wide range of ability levels. He was in tune to his riders. Great scenery!

If you go here make sure you ask for Andrew to be your tour guide - I wish I did! Unfortunately it had been snowing so we were unable to do the mountain trial that we had booked (they didn’t tell us that when we booked on the phone) instead we did a loop round the meadow which was disappointing. It cost $55 per person for an hour. Our tour guide was having trouble with his horse so asked first time riders to take the lead and go ahead. He maybe said one thing to us in the whole hour. We asked him if he could take a picture for us infront of the mountains and he said we could take it ourselves but we had to stay in the line which seemed weird and also rude. It was their last day open before they closed for the season so I understand that they were busy but we asked to rebook or come back at the end of the day so we could get a picture on the horse as we didn’t get to take any. The lady said yes we could.. When we went back towards the end of the day we were greeted by another lady who told us if we didn’t know what horse we rode we couldn’t do it (we wasn’t told the horses name and had no picture so I’m not sure how she expected us to know this). The tour guide who had taken us out then came over and rudely said “I’m not sure what your issue is”. There’s a million horse riding places in Jackson so I would recommend finding another spot unless you can get booked with Andrew (he was lovely, apologetic and helpful getting on & off the horse). The picture below were the views we got from the “scenic” meadow route.

We had a great time with our guide Katelyn (sp?) on an hour ride with two boys aged six and seven. Beautiful views, well paced and great horses. Highly recommend for a summertime activity in the Jackson Hole area.
