Teton Scenic Floats & Fly Fishing

Zach is a fantastic guide! Our river float today was beautiful and fun. Great lunch too. Highly recommend!

We were on Day 1 of Grand Teton half day tour with John. The unpredictable nature of weather in early May gave us opportunities for great winteresque photography. John's encyclopedic knowledge kept us entertained throughout our tour. Despite the weather we were treated to animal and bird sightings in a serene snowscape. Highly recommend tour.

Our guide was amazing! He got us to all of the best sights and checked off all of the animals we wanted to see. We felt very comfortable and safe with him!

Did the first half-day afternoon tour of the season for Grand Tetons and it was such a fun experience, despite the fact that unexpected snow conditions whited out a lot of the most famous vistas in the park. Our tour guide John Putrino was super engaging, great at spotting and identifying wildlife most of us didn’t even notice, and also very respectful of putting guest safety above all with the snowy road conditions and obeying the distance requirements for how close to get to the larger wildlife. We saw multiple moose, elk, bison, eagles, river otters, and some coyote tracks and the park was still very picturesque in the snow. The provided binoculars and phone camera scope were also a really great touch. If you do get lucky to have John as your guide and you’re feeling adventurous make sure you ask him to try the “Buffalo Milk” drink option he brings with him! Would definitely do the tour again, although hopefully next time with better weather conditions.

Buffalo is an awesome tour guide! He definitely knew his stuff about the Tetons and the area. Great stories and good humor made the tour fun. Got to see some wildlife and stunning views of the mountains - especially Jenny Lake. It's well worth taking a tour with this company, especially if Buffalo is your tour guide!
