The doctors may be good- some of the staff are incompetent or cop an attitude with test orders, lie about having sent stuff or are so incompetent they believe they did and didn’t..If you have an injury they aren’t helpful. I actually hurt my back in their as they failed to provide transportation help or xrays with care

Dr. Khoury and his amazing team are outstanding in delivering the best in patient care. After hearing from friends who had horror stories about shoulder surgery elsewhere, I was skeptical when considering surgery. Dr. Khoury addressed all my concerns and surgery was painless and recovery faster than I expected. Dr.Koury and his team are exceptional people and I will be forever thankful for their time, patience and care.

The doctors at Teton Orthopedics are amazing! Dr. Bullington and Dr. Williams are really knowledgeable, experienced, and compassionate. But the staff in radiology, and in billing are so rude the front desk is hit and miss with the way they may treat you. ESPECIALLY if you have to call billing, or radiology they are so rude with their gum smacking, noise in the back round of people talking and laughing. Their snarky attitude along with their unprofessional vocabulary ! They make you feel like you are inconveniencing them by making an appointment, paying a bill, or picking up x rays from radiology. Again great Doctors and PAs but 😔 the rest of the office is AWFUL for the most part.

I have had repeated bad experiences with Teton Orthopedics. 1. I was told to Google something by a doctor 2. Seeing a doctors assistant is common practice 3. I was misinformed and charged for unnecessary imaging. 4. Was denied the proper care and meditcation when a doctors assistant saw I inflamed and struggling. I saw a doctors assistant at TO and a physical therapist at another practice. The PT did a MUCH more thorough body exam than the assistant. The assistant at TO then mentioned surgery as an option without looking at recent imaging and not being qualified to make that decision. This practice seems to care more about $ than they do a patients well being. TO common practice is to bring patients in without them seeing a doctor. They stack patients up just so they can make money but in the the end the patient suffers and snuggles and has to wait a long time to see a doctor. They are not thoughtful or thurough and I highly recommend going to another practice.
