Used to be one of my favorite places in town as I love to be able to come in and find just about any book or its audio copy. I now feel super stressed out entering this space due to the aggressive employees that will hound you about a mask if you forget. Even when you are working in your own space easily 6 feet away from any other person it is required that you wear a mask, then they will kick you out at two different times during the day to do a 15 minute clean. I believe this is irrelevant with the mask policy being so strictly enforced by loud librarians. I say loud librarians because I had my mask on the entire time when I entered the facility and sat down, when I took my coat off my mask fell off and I didn't realize it yet, the librarian rushed over swiftly to loudly tell me to pull my mask up, its not even 10am yet so this comment really shook me. On a normal day when you are getting stuff done in the library you will not find any quiet time so don't expect that unless you reserve a conference room because the librarians love to have full volume conversations as if they are outside speaking to each other. The resources here are endless and amazing. The staff and the unnecessary policies are really what is making this place decline in terms of user experience. Really sad to see this place moving in such a horrible direction, completely disgusts me. Update: You are now able to enter without a mask. The internet speeds have severely decreased though and now its impossible to get anything done.

Gorgeous library with great wifi and tons of seating. I been traveling for a last couple months and it's by far the nicest library I've ever been in. Some employees on the other hand really make this a terrible experience. Also, they have several really nice study rooms. There is a 2 hour limit to these rooms which seems to be enforced inconsistently and (sometimes very aggressively). I've seen some days where people are allowed to sit in a room all day, which is fine if no one else wants/needs one. But the day I personally was in a study room, I was in the middle of a meeting and the employee knocked and said my time was up. "OL, that's fine," I said, "But I see you have several other study rooms open so could I just move to a different room. If there were other reservations or someone wanted a room, I'd gladly get up and cede the space." The employee said no, my 2 hours was up and I could take the rest of my meetings OUTSIDE. Uh, really?!? I want to be clear, some employees are gracious and lovely but others seem to be on a power trip and it sours me on this entire library.

The Teton County Library is great. Very friendly and helpful staff. They will try to get most books that are not in the library catalog. Their e book collection continues to improve. Meeting rooms can be reserved. It is great to have this library in town.

Very nice library, but they’re stuck on hygiene theatre with their cleaning policy for Covid. It’s very inconvenient and silly when the CDC previously said there’s a 1 in 10,000 chance of getting Covid from a surface.

Love this library! The staff here are so friendly, and the atmosphere provided a great place to study or read. I rented a study room here for 2 hours, which was really easy to book online and a great place for a meeting. Additionally, they have a cool area called the Book Nook I believe where they have used books for sale for $2! Great deal. This library is great!!
