    They make some really cool merch. However, I ordered a hoodie a week and half ago. A shipping label was created a week ago today and still hasn’t even shipped out. I have emailed them twice, and called multiple times with no response. I am pissed, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying their merch because their customer service is GARBAGE.

    I ordered two Teton Gravity Research/Grateful Dead collaborations. Although they look cool, they fit horrible and are of poor quality. The black color with rose and thunder bolts is really fitted for a child's head. It is tiny and super tight fitting. The blue hat with skulls has a really weird fit too. It looks much bigger but is tight and awkward looking. This hat also has strands pulling out from all over the place. I included a picture of my Mt. Baker beanie made by coal that has always fit well and never had any quality issues. These Teton hats are junk! Paying $32+ per hat is a sham. Clearly I paid for the names and not an actual quality product.

    Tommy went out of his way to get me the size of shirt for me, even offered his own. Super kind! Thank you for the awesome new t-shirt!! Everyone is always really kind at this store.

    Ordered one sweater that I liked and received it within 3 weeks, still took longer but it arrived eventually. Ordered another as a gift, has now been over a month and we haven’t received package, or even an update on packing and shipping. Sent four emails now asking for update but no word from company except generic email offering me a discount from my next order. Neat gear and designs but NOT worth the hassle. Sweater was ordered 2 weeks before Christmas and it’s January 13th now, still no update

    Do NOT order from this company! They sent us the wrong size shirts over a month late. When we contacted them to return they said it was outside of the 30 day return window-it was because they sent it so late! They do not answer phone calls-voicemail is full- or emails. They should really be put out of business. We will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint. I repeat DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS-they don’t deserve it.
