Teton County Search and Rescue has worked to keep people safe in the Jackson Hole backcountry for over 25 years. TCSAR provides emergency search and rescue services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year in Teton County and surrounding areas. They are a non-profit organization made up primarily of volunteers who are called on to help find lost hikers, assist in avalanche rescues, respond to boating accidents, and assist any other visitors and locals who have gotten themselves into trouble outdoors. Jackson Hole is an incredible place to visit because of the many exciting things to do here, and the members of TCSAR help keep us safe while we’re out enjoying those opportunities.

Thank you to everyone at Teton County Search and Rescue for the incredible service you provide to our community.
I don't know why anyone would rate TCSAR 1 star. These people saved our lives, after we were stuck at Togwotee Pass for 24 hours with no survival gear. We got stranded on December 25 and were rescued on December 26. They were incredible! They even spoke with our doctors in Chicago, when we were admitted to the hospital for complications a week later. I cannot express how very much these men and women do. We will never forget them.
