Very dirty and outdated room. Thankful I brought Lysol wipes with me. Opened to fridge to find it filthy. Grime on almost all surfaces and to make matters worse, found a GIANT dead beetle that couldn’t have been avoided if the room had only been vacuumed. Really disappointed because the view was amazing. For the price, rooms could have better up keeping. Otherwise, the lodge is amazing. Great food at the pioneer diner!!! Every meal was great! Also, saw so many animals right from the lodge and out the back of our room. I’d stay again if the room was a lot cleaner and maybe renovated a little.

We stayed here in one of the cottages in June while on a bicycle trip and, while pricey, was excellent. The cottage was very neat, clean, and comfortable. The lodge restaurants were very good and the grounds and views of the Grand Tetons were top-notch. Service was excellent as everyone went out of their way to be helpful in a most cheerful manner.

Spectacular view of Tetons, great staff, good food, excellent location if you want to avoid the Jackson crowds, gas, shops, etc. all onsite. Rooms are cozy, but comfortable.

Stunning location and views of the Grand Tetons. The dining room has only been open for a week, so maybe that's why it wasn't up to par. The servers were great, but two of the main courses were "out" by 8:00. How does a restaurant manage to run out of mashed potatoes? It got to the point where I was asking, "What Do you have?" The kitchen was slow, even when the tables were mostly empty. But the view at sunset was spectacular and the wine excellent. I'd give them another chance since they're just starting the season, but would keep my expectations low.... 🤷♀️

Overpriced and undervalued. Bring your own toilet paper; the super cheap and painful stuff they give you coupled with the diarrhea inducing food from the lodge’s restaurants will result in hemorrhoids. All five of us got stomach problems after eating in the restaurant Mural. This place is way over priced and not very good. Slow service, cold comes late and cold. The pizza place over by Colter Bay was really good. The ceiling fan in our room was so noisy and wouldn’t work properly in our hot box. Overall, I wouldn’t mind the value if they didn’t jack the prices up to $500 a night for what you get.
