Sue’s Roos

I purchased a lift kit and new quick struts and had Sue's roos install them for me. They even managed to sneak me in on the same day(which doesn't happen in this area). Great people and great prices!

Understandably, many people recommended Sue Roo’s to me for car maintenance and repairs. The first time I had radiator issues. They said their diagnostics only went up to 2019 models (not 2020). They replaced a turn signal light for free! The second time they said they could see about closing my hood, but after taking it apart, they didn’t have the space or equipment to finish it. I asked the mechanic to put the inner parts, but he declined. He did replace another turn signal when reminded. In fairness I really needed an auto body shop to close the hood. 5*’s Courtesy, Value, and Service 3*’s scope of service. Highly Recommended w/reservations.

Got my car in super quick and diagnosed an issue I’ve been having within a day and didn’t charge me at all! Super professional and very kind!

I called a few days ago asking if they could look at my car because I had a flap dragging from the bottom. Joe answered the phone and told me to come in right away and he’d take a look. Thankfully it was just my splash guard, but he was able to fit me in immediately, as well as helping me order some new, very needed, parts for my car.
