    The financial people are the worst to talk to. I probably go referred back and forth to the same numbers about 6 times before I finally called out how much of a waste of time this was that all of the employees kept deferring responsibility away from themselves. They do nothing to contact you about the bills you owe, and will let them sit there and compound. Then, they will forward your final notice to your actual address, and then do nothing about the balance even when the billing issue was their fault. Very frustrating and unprofessional. Update: They were quick to call me about this negative review only to tell me how it wasn't their fault, yet not so quick to call about the incorrectly billed address. Not sure why they even bothered to call to help me since the bill was already paid. I'm not surprised by all the other negative reviews about billing issues. They allege that this issue was, "my mistake." They were also quick to claim that I would have the same issue at other health centers. This has never happened to me at any other hospital. Suggestion: If your going to try to repair some PR by contacting negative reviews, don't get so defensive. Listen and try to resolve the issue or make sure it never happens again. One negative review means you have a problem. Multiple negative reviews mean you refuse to fix it.

    Brought my baby for a pk when she was newborn and it took over 4 hours and the whole time I was back there the nurse was not busy she was eating and showing things she had bought off eBay. Today I had to take a stool sample and the guy back there was very rude and didn’t know what he was doing and had my write on my daughters stool sample cup in front of the whole waiting room. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL in the labs the rest of the hospital is great

    I can't say enough good things about the care I received while at St John's Health ER. They were all very personable and actually listened to our concerns. I'll not be specific on names (they may not want to be spotlighted) but they were all fantastic - including the Doc! I will admit I haven't received a bill yet, but as for the care I received - absolutely no complaints. Thank you for getting me back on the mend!
