Snake River Lodge & Spa Property Management

Surreal negative experience. We booked two nights at the Snake River Lodge and could not stay the first night as our flight was delayed due to weather. We called the Snake River Lodge that night to let them know and we understood our first night was non refundable. The next morning, we show up and are told our room is not available. We had to wait for over an hour in the lobby for our room that they charged us for and also gave away the night before. The staff at the front desk was very rude and acted as if this was good business practices and appropriate customer service. I would absolutely not recommend staying here.

I really enjoyed my stay at the snake river lodge and spa. The location is perfect for riding Jackson hole resort. We arrived on a Friday and rode Saturday and Sunday. The patio from our room led to a stairwell so it was perfect for ski in ski out. I really enjoyed the sauna before and after riding as well. The complimentary breakfast and coffee was a nice touch too. After riding we took advantage of the free Apres Ski snacks and got drinks from the bar. The staff was friendly and helpful. 4.8/5 The only demerits were that the boiler quit working during the night, but they got it up and running again by early morning. I would definitely recommend snake river lodge to anyone who wants to visit Jackson Hole resort.

I don’t normally stay at hotels this nice but got a good deal for the room, so can’t complain too much however I can’t imagine paying the normal rate of $600+. That’s absolutely insane to me, not even a free breakfast included! Breakfast is $25/person and they don’t mention the price when you check in so you’re led to believe it’s free. The pool and hot tubs were very nice and the rooms were decent but small, and we just had a view of the parking lot which was a bummer considering half the hotel was empty. Overall the stay was nice but knowing how much it regularly costs I can’t recommend it, it’s just a big money grab and we’ve had better stays at best westerns.

Great service, wonderful staff who is always willing to help out. Location is great, right in the middle of Teton Village and at the base of the Gondola and Tram. Have stayed there both winter and summer and can't wait to go back! The rooms we have stayed in are well done, with a fireplace and kitchen. Plenty of space for winter or summer gear, and they offer free ski valet in the winter so you don't even have to worry about skis in your room!

Loved this place. The family indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs are great and the pool was warm. The gentleman's lounge was great for some time away with its own hot tub, sauna, steam room, and Swiss shower. The restaurant had good food with complimentary appetizers everyday at 4pm, just in time after taking my Snowboarding boots off. The snowboard valet was on point and even performed some board maintenance. Can't go wrong here.
