Sleep Inn & Suites

After a desperate and random booking at a Sleep Inn a couple years ago to find shelter from a snowstorm on the road, I always look for them on my frequent cross-country adventures. Some of the rooms might be a tad small for more than a solo traveler and dog copilot, but you just can’t beat the value — a modest room and price but ALWAYS clean, cozy, quiet, in good working order, and with friendly staff to boot. The Idaho Falls location is no exception. Easy access just off the freeway here, yet not jammed in with other hotels/stops so it feels tucked away. Couldn’t even hear the freeway from my room. There is a travel plaza nearby and multiple food options within minutes. The whole building is noticeably clean and smells good right when you walk in. Pet friendly room was sparkly clean, bed was comfy. I left at an ungodly hour so can’t speak to the hot breakfast but I’m betting it’s great. Minor detail: pool was closed, not listed on the website, I was just there for an overnight so did not stop by but maybe call before you come for the pool/with kids! After a terrible night in a competing hotel who shall not be named last night, this stay was a blessing to this tired road tripping crew. We arrived at the hotel having booked for the wrong night. Rose on the front desk bent over backwards. In helpings to change the reservation and gave us a room away from the highway as we. Requested, we could not be happier with Rose. She was a wonderful employee and a great ambassador for the brand and the hotel. Thank you Rose for all of your help

My experience with the Sleep Inn was great. My flight had gotten delayed, and United had given me a voucher for a hotel room for the night. I did not expect it to be great but surprise, experience was very pleasant, and the service was great as well. It was very short notice that I got my hotel room and the staff was very friendly. My room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. One of my biggest pet peeves is when hotels limit the thermostat in their rooms but I was able to lower it down below what is usually allowed in hotel rooms. I very much recommend this hotel.

Pet friendly! Convenient and right off the high way, right next to Taco Bell and Maverick gas station as of current. The staff was friendly and there is breakfast in the morning as well as cookies that are usually available as soon as you check in (they’re so good hahaha) There is a river near by with a trail if you have time, and some good food paces

The room was good. Could use some updates and deep cleaning, but it was good. Walls are thin. You can hear everything. Young ladies at the front desk were fantastic! Would definitely stay here again.
