Jackson Hole, WY store - Absolutely phenomenal service. We are in from Alabama, and are very new to winter sports. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answered all our questions (without making us feel stupid for asking), and the equipment rental process was super easy. We worked with Eve and Eric. It was like working with friends! They even came out to the ski resort to help me with adjustments when I had a hard time. Could not recommend them enough, I’d rate more stars if I could!! The kindness and attention to customer experience is second to none. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts!
