DO NOT STAY HERE! This place appears much nicer on the website than in actuality. The grounds are nice, but the staff and personnel are lacking in customer service. The rooms are dated, heat is loud and blows directly on you through the night. Hot water takes forever to get warm, toilet runs for 10 min and is very loud. Beds are very soft, lumpy and pillows are old and dated. The room was musty and smelled of air freshener. Rugs were stained and we booked a creek side cabin. Staff upon our arrival ( @ 7:45pm) was unhelpful, never offered to assist with luggage, handed us a map and sent us to our room in the dark. Lots of noise at night around the property with kids driving golf carts and making noise until midnight. When I brought all of these issues to the manager, Hunter Johnson, his reply was that Jackson is a popular destination and even Motel 6 commands expensive rates. He was argumentative, rude, took no accountability until I requested these issues be addressed. He seemed to fail to understand who was the customer. Breakfast is very average and staff in the restaurant seemed overworked and disinterested in customer service. I would recommend you stay at another property like the Hotel Jackson for the nominal price difference as the experience, quality, cleanliness and service will make your stay much better. In addition, when I asked if I was speaking to the general manager, Hunter Johnson, he indicated he was the highest paid employee in the organization. Clearly this is not true based on who wrote their feedback to my review. Just another excuse and an example of the lack of service, accountability and lack of customer support. Finally,I never requested any reimbursement. In fact I paid for my entire three night stay in advance and also paid for another hotel as I could not stay there one minute longer. This is a outdated, poorly run over priced hotel that needs to defend itself rather than helping customers with their needs.

This place was wonderful! The room was clean and cozy and the free breakfast buffet was really good too. The location is perfect being only a few minutes walk from the stuff in Jackson and an easy drive into Grand Teton. They resort grounds are really nice and well maintained and the nature area along the creek is beautiful. It is a little more expensive than some of the surrounding hotels, but you get a lot and it’s well worth it. Would definitely stay here again!

A unique type of hostelry with only cabins available. They are large, set up well and well appointed. Firm and comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. Large plentiful towels and bathrobes to die for. The duel head showers offers unique opportunities to those with imagination as well as clean a sweaty body thoroughly. Quiet with great heating and cooling system. This place ranks as my top one or two out of the last 100 hotels I have stayed in. Only place you should stay at when in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

We had a fantastic stay at the Rustic Inn! Our rooms were clean and spacious and well decorated. The cabins were great and surrounded by a beautiful creek that you could tube down. There are fire pits at night that overlook the mountains. The gym and pool/hot tub was immaculate and perfect for our use. Excellent breakfast included each morning! All the staff was professional and courteous, especially Cat at the front desk! She was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is walking distance from downtown Jackson but there are also hotel shuttles available that will take you into town which was so convenient. Would stay here a million times over when we visit again!

We were here for 6 days and had a really enjoyable stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Loved the genuine log cabin construction throughout the property. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the local shuttle service they provided a couple of times. Wished they would have gone two miles north up to the Wildlife Art Museum but otherwise it was great to know we always had an easily accessible ride. We ate at the on site restaurant one evening after returning from a long day at Yellowstone and had a fantastic meal. Also loved the fire pits and nature trail. We would definitely stay here again.
