A little chaotic initially as the new management gets familiar with the menu and the huge crowds, but the food was impeccable. Really loved the Thai lettuce wraps and the stone fruit crumble. I feel like it will be a 5 star next time I visit.

We had a wonderful experience at Roadhouse thanks to the amazing manager, Morgan. Top notch food and service, above and beyond. We won't hesitate to come back and I will definitely recommend to all of my clients heading to Jackson.

Great place and good beer! 3-5pm is happy hour. Half price beer! The food is a little pricey, but customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend this place for beer and a quick bite. Our visit was 04/16/2021.

Amazing! We were impressed from start to finish if our dinner experience. The hostess did a stellar job of managing the waitlist and communicating well with patrons. David was our server on the patio outside and knew his stuff and made great suggestions. Food runners were prompt and friendly when dropping food and the bus boy was on top of helping turn tables. You could tell the entire team was being lead by a manager who was leading his team so well! Glad we waited for a table and didn’t turn around when there was a wait to go somewhere else. Jackson is crazy busy in the summer and this restaurant was no different than the rest of the town but was a rock star in service, hospitality and food.

Love this place. Excellent craft beer (recommend "The Family Vacation"), great food (enjoyed their giant sharable pretzel, and nice views from their second floor bar. We went there a few time on our trip. It was always busy, but the service was excellent.
