Pizzeria Caldera

Meh. I would equate the flavor of our pepperoni pizza to the best “school pizza” I was served back in grade school. The flavor was bland, with barely any pizza sauce. The staff were friendly and the service was fast. But it was in no way worth the price.

Good pizza, cool decorations. Loved it since the moment we walked up those stairs.

i liked their pizza,it’s kind of unique, we ordered elk sausage, bison sausage, and the mushroom one! They all were tasty. Atmosphere was casual

Absolutely incredible. There are even tons of options for vegetarians. I subbed artichoke hearts instead of bacon on the pera cipolle and it was amazing! My husband still got to try local flavors though and had the elk picante. There’s something for everyone. They also have great drinks. I drank a Teton mule and my husband got a beer.

We were on our way back from Grand Teton National Park and decided to stop by Jackson before heading back to Vegas. We were recommended this place from Duncan, the very nice man who runs the shop Shirt Off My Back with his wife. He said that we should try the Penna Pasta Tartufo with either their elk or bison sausage. It was delicious and comforting. Especially after our ventures at Teton. With our hungers healed, the road trip back home became less daunting, the start with a positive note.
