This review is from July 2020. Horrible service behind counter. I asked to have something warmed up and the lady rudely said it’s not possible. Needless to say, my food was cold and dry and my experience was extremely disappointing. A self respecting bakery should be able to always offer warm baked goods. Even though the owner insists on the fact they always offer freshly baked pastry, I did not get that impression at all. I would not recommend this place to other people, unless they get lucky with the exact timing when the "fresh" goods come out of the oven. Cute coffee mugs. Lovely outside vibe and tables under a big tree.

The atmosphere was tranquil in the outside seating area. There is a nice fire pit and plenty of seating with a view. The coffee was good, my wife ordered the lavender honey latte and I ordered the white chocolate mocha which were delicious and prepared beautifully. Unfortunately, the kitchen was closed so we ordered the pastries that were available and they were not very good. The spinach feta and the ham and cheese had hardly any filling filling them at all and were messy. I would give them another shot however.

This bakery made me rethink my previous perception of Jackson as a tourist trap. Walking into the beautiful bakery, a flaky ham & cheese croissant immediately caught our eye. The cheese was crispy, the ham salty, smoky, and tender, and the layers of flake melted in our mouths. We also got the grain bowl with the green goddess hummus, it was a true respite from the copious amounts of meat we’d been eating in Idaho. That being said, there was a lot of garlic in the grain bowl.

Amazing bakery and fantastic service. Food is awesome. Croissants were very fresh and just crumbled in your mouth. Good coffee. Their herb omelette was great. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was the price. Very over priced. Paid $70 for 3 breakfast entrees and 2 drip coffees. Other than that, amazing place.

Persephone bakery is hopping with coffee drinks, baked goods, and meals with a wonderful patio sitting area where you can enjoy some interesting people watching while you dine! I enjoyed their cappuccino, and my brother had an iced coffee with hazelnut flavor that was perfect! The hazelnut flavor was lightly sweetened so we could enjoy the coffee without being overwhelmed with the syrup. Also their bakery is outstanding! The double chocolate cookies were moist, rich, and very satisfying. They also had an almond raspberry muffin that was very tasty as well as the carrot cake. The almond lemon was pretty good.
