Really liked the croissant and cinnamon raisin brioche. Their coffee was also good. If you have time to pass by this place, it’s nice to check it out for breakfast but go early. We went around 11 and it was packed. We had to wait in line to grab and go. It’s out of the way if you’re not staying in Teton Village.

Gorgeous, absolutely gorgeous! This is a walk up, order at the counter, get a number kind of place. My name was called for our coffee, but a server brought our breakfast. I had a lavender oat milk latte that was perfect! My partner & I had the granola bowl with plums, strawberries & the best yogurt ever. We got a side of scrambled eggs & they were prepared perfectly. & to top it all off the fruit tart was seriously an experience. From the crumbly crust to the moist center I could eat it everyday! A fresh contemporary breakfast that still somehow feels like home. Well done Persephone!

Believe it!! It's that good. I got the bread pudding french toast ($15) and it was outstanding. Daughter got the Basic breakfast ($15) and really enjoyed it all. Other daughter got the Avocado and Salmon platter and has been talking about it all day. Good coffee too. Check them out next time you come to the Hole!

The breakfast was awesome! Got the breakfast sandwich and the bread pudding french toast. Both were delicious. The french toast came with fresh fruit, it was so good. So worth it. Food came out fairly quickly for how busy they were. No troubles finding seating. Beautiful patio area, pretty views, had fire heater outside to keep warm in the cool morning. Well worth the stop!

Wonderful breakfast in a great location. Surrounded by lovely open green space, the outside dining is energizing. The coffee and baked goods are incredible. The wait staff is plenty and they stay on top of clearing and keeping the tables clean. The food is farm to table and is served much faster than expected, considering how busy they are. This morning I had a lavender honey latte with breakfast. Yum!
