Outpost

The townhome was in a prime location. It was clean, well stocked, and cozy. They even provided firewood for the indoor fireplace. Any questions we had were quickly answered. Beautiful views of Snow King from deck.

My experience is similar to Alexandria Davison's review from two weeks ago. We arrived at our Windflower two-bedroom condo to find the front deck separated from the face of the building and occupied by scaffolding, building materials, and construction workers. While Alexandria was notified the day before she arrived, we were not notified at all....which is inexcusable given that Outpost had so recently encountered another justifiably upset customer. Our deck was unusable, the view of the mountains was obstructed, our privacy was invaded, the windows were inoperable due to safety issues, and the noise from the drilling and sawing was disruptive. I would never have chosen Outpost or this condo if I knew this would be my experience. Upon calling Outpost, they apologized for the inconvenience and said they should have notified us. They offered a full refund if I wanted to leave the property, but this wasn't realistic given we needed a place for four adults and two children under 4 on the week of Labor Day. Also disconcerting was that they weren't willing to provide details of compensation for the disruption until the end of our stay. We checked out of Windflower 2115 on Monday of this week. On Tuesday I received a text message from Outpost saying "we have refunded you $700 as a reflection of our sincerest apologies" and they were hopeful I would "accept this compensation as a gesture of good will." $700 is less than 1/3 of our rental fee. As of now (Saturday) I have not received a credit. Pics attached.

Mu family and I just stayed at the Outpost in Jackson, WY. The darn weather didn't work out well for us but our lodging didn't disappoint! It was an awesome place. Huge amount of space for our family and it felt like we were staying in a luxury home! The host was amazing to deal with too. His communication and follow-up from booking and all the way through check-out was impeccable. I would highly recommend staying at the Outpost and look forward to coming back!!!! 😀

We had a fabulous stay in Jackson for 10 days. The condo was in a great location with stunning views to wake up to each morning, clean, and well stocked. I knew how and who to communicate with if I had any housing needs/questions. It was perfectly central to the Tetons and downtown.

We completely enjoyed the condo we stayed in for our four day getaway. All the details were thoughtful and delightful, from the well-stocked kitchen to plenty of washcloths in the bathrooms. We appreciated the ice maker and used the washing machine and dryer to do up some laundry before we packed up. The welcome gift of coffee and donut holes was delightful and delicious! Lamps, kleenex, mugs, shampoo, conditioner, body wash......to name a few of the great touches. Thanks for a terrific stay!
