One Horse Motel

I am so glad no one was hurt. Guests,staff members or owners. We have stayed here many times. It was great. The owners were great. I really hope it opens again we will go back. Grow up whiners and look at the overall issue. They have lost their livelihood and have to work thru this.

We stayed here for one night. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this place is. Clean bed, warm shower, and good A/C on a hot summer day. The is a great choice if you’re looking for an inexpensive motel on the outskirts of Yellowstone. We will definitely stay here next time we’re passing through.

We absolutely loved our five-night stay at this cozy and conveniently located motel that is just blocks from the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Our room was clean and very well equipped, with a small refrigerator, microwave, built-in small desk with chair and a full bath with good water pressure and hot water. The motel has good-quality towels and sheets, and even has an on-site washer and dryer, which came in handy during our stay. The owners are truly delightful and made our time here fabulous. We really didn’t have to pester them for anything, because the rooms were perfect as is. It’s an older motel (but we like that), and the rooms are somewhat small, but the setup helps you make the most of the space. We like that you can park your car right outside of your room (or at least nearby; the lot can be tight at full capacity, but we were able to park near our room the whole time.) It’s hard to beat the location (easy walk to main drag of town) , and we thought the price was very fair, a good deal for an excellent stay. Many thanks to the owners who clearly care about their guests’ experience. We loved it here!!

We only stayed here one night and overall it was fine for what we were looking for. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. We only had two pillows on our bed and when we called the front desk and asked for additional pillows, she brought them within 5 minutes, but they smelled like cigarette smoke, but we just dealt with it. The rooms were small, but the bed was comfortable. We did not have hairdryer in the room, but in fairness, I didn't call front desk to ask because it was early in the morning when I realized there was not one provided in room.

What a jewel among all the other hotel chains. It was a lovely, spacious enough room, clean. Check in was so nice and helpful. Parking in front of the rooms included. Perfect location to get to Yellowstone. I just love the motel style and I'd definitely stay there again. Restaurants nearby as well as a lovely breakfast spot. We booked it because it was affordable but it did exceed my expectations! Thank you!
