Agree with a previous reviewer. They are a bait and switch operation. They quoted one price and then more than tripled the price to over $7000 for the duration of the charter when we decided to proceed.

A driver in a company car cut me off, honked, and flipped me off after? Very professional! Glad to contribute to this already low rating.

Extremely accommodating and came out of his way to grab us from Astoria back to Jackson. Highly recommend as price is competitive with ride sharing apps and much more available

*Use anyone else* I left a set of headphones in the cab. The driver confirmed and assured me he would get them to me. Weeks later I still get no support in trying to get my headphones back. I keep getting passed to other people when I call or text. Heaven forbid you leave something in the cab you will never see it again

Very poor experience with this company. Arranged pickup from trailhead at Tetons without service to be dropped off for an overnight hike. We were there on time and I saw the driver driving around the parking lot 3x. Prior, the company did not ask what kind of car we were driving. When I recognized the cab, he gave us our ride and charged us the agreed upon $100 for a ride when we arrived at our destination. Driver was pleasant and was on time but by the time I recognized their luxury SUV (since it is an unmarked cab), it was 15 minutes after our agreed upon pick up time. The following day when we finished our overnight, we called the cab company for a return ride to our vehicle. Driver was there on time (hence the 2 star and not 1 star review) and charged us $125 PRIOR to our ride. The driver explained that he had to charge us an extra $25 for the previous ride since WE were 15 minutes late. Since we were out on a trailhead and it was about to storm, we had no choice but to accept the ride. Having retroactively charged us for a prior ride on our next ride was deceptive. Had the drive told us of this extra charge at the end of our first ride, we would be a lot less unhappy (although still unhappy considering this was the company's error). That being said, car was clean, driver was pleasant and wearing a mask and even helped us with our camping stuff.
