Really disappointed in the car service that we scheduled for our wedding on September 3, 2017. The driver was on-time and courteous enough; however, he did not get out of the SUV to open/close doors or provide loading assistance, the SUV was dirty which was challenging in an ivory colored dress, and back passenger seat was not prepared (it was folded down and he made no effort to help as we struggled to get it upright). I called the owner or manager, Rob, on September 13th to express my concerns. He didn't apologize or offer any conciliation, simply said he would follow up with the driver for his side of the story. When I asked if he'd like to call me back once he speaks with the driver, he said "not really". I use car services quite often for work purposes, and this was by far below standard.

We used Mountain Resort Services for our wedding shuttle transportation. Rob was great to work with to schedule the shuttle and helped us with our transportation timeline. The bus and driver were great and well worth the expense so our guests didn’t have to drive at night with wildlife. Highly recommend them!
