Mountain Modern

We had a fantastic experience over New Years in both the double queen room and the larger apartment. The rooms are really nice, well equipped and nicely decorated. We were on the bottom floor and it was pretty noisy so next time we will request a room upstairs. The apartment was FANTASTIC!! We had 6 adults staying in it comfortably. It was equipped with everything needed to cook and hang out. There are both outdoor and indoor pools and spas that are very nice and clean, great fire pits that were always on and a place to hang out and buy coffee. The location can’t be beat as it is in the center of town and there is a shuttle to the mountain. The only thing that could make it better is a free breakfast in the morning. Other than that it was an excellent stay and we will be back.

Great motel for the price. Right in the downtown area, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Very modern, clean, comfortable, with great service. It was nice being able to walk to everything. The lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel smelled amazing. If someone can tell me who makes them because I forgot to take the name so I could purchase online. I highly recommend!

Those who complain about the noise may be understating it. I’ve stayed in many loud motels in my life; in fact, it’s not uncommon. But when you check into a motel and there are custom printed earplugs on the nightstand, it’s not a good sign. Not only are the walls paper thin, but the bathroom fan (which is connected on the same light switch) sounds like a landing helicopter. I think we had a country western band practicing in the next room, and a herd of elephants from the circus upstairs. And the toilet — the seat of which is about 8 inches above the floor — leaks after you flush it, adding to the auditory ambiance.

Their MMM branding is appealing and the location is ideal. Our room decor was sleek and inviting but comfortable in-room seating is lacking.The leather sling chair looks cool, but in use is gnarly. The red metal stools get hard quickly. We could walk to everything downtown, and we did.

We have enjoyed our stay here! The staff has been very friendly and always working hard to keep the rooms clean. Both pools are awesome! The view from the outdoor one is beautiful. Felt very cozy & warm overall. Great value!
