With over nineteen years in studentship to the practice and eight years of teaching, MJ offers classes that invite you to relish in the sensations of the body, mind, and soul. With reverence for the practice as a healing system, her classes are grounded in compassion, presence, and interconnectedness.
MJ is a certified 500 hour yoga teacher. Her studies have grown over the years to include vinyasa krama, hot 26 & 2, trauma informed yoga therapy, meditation, pranayama, chanting, and yin / restorative practices.
