Pros: -Nice, clean rooms -Comfy beds -A short stumble from downtown -Friendly staff and easy check-in Cons: -Sound insulation is VERY poor. I stayed in a ground floor room and could hear everything in adjacent rooms and footsteps in the room above mine. I was woken up throughout the night by folks stomping around, conversations outside, and the snowplow that plowed the parking lot around 4am. This is truly a nice place, but the sound was awful.

Clean, comfortable and customer service is above and beyond. There was a minor issue and Will and team immediately rectified it, and then some. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Location was fabulous too. Everything was walkable while still being slightly tucked away and quiet. Soooo pleased!

Yeah sure, it’s in a good location, but here’s what you get for $400 a night: you pull up to a roach motel with major construction going on behind it, walk into your room—which although is a nice size—is filthy and half the amenities don’t work. For example: AC but no heat; only the pilot light will come on in the gas fireplace (which probably would have been the nicest feature of the room), one garbage bin in the entire room, disgusting shower/bathtub, front door and bathroom door are warped and don’t close properly, linens are old, and worst of all, the floor in this room is SO dirty that it literally made our feet turn BLACK. It has probably not been mopped in a year. Motel 6 would have blown this place out of the water.

We had very nice stay here. The rooms were very clean and the service we had was very professional, fast to also respond to my email and answer my question. And the location was walking distance from the town. Awesome

Comfortable room, but exterior lights kept me up all night because they only had twisting, wooden blinds with an inch of space. They need blackout curtains. Also, stuff was falling off the walls. Our hairdryer fell on my foot, came right out of the wall. Otherwise, good walking distance to downtown.
