The room was clean, but furniture and paint are showing quite a bit of wear. Our AC unit was too loud to allow us to sleep, so the room was too warm to be comfortable. VERY noisy upstairs neighbors, which also made me worry the next room over could hear us talking so it didn't feel very private. Check-in was easy and we didn't have any issues to contact staff about. Easy walking distance into downtown. Felt very overpriced for what we got, but it was a holiday weekend. Would have chosen somewhere different if anyone else had vacancies, but it served its purpose for one night.

It’s clean, close to fun stuff in town. I will say though the walls are thin and you can hear above and next to you BUT you can run the AC fan on high constantly and you won’t hear much at all.

Great price for these renovated rooms with comfortable beds and everything being very clean. Parking available and easy access via key code sent in email. Location is fantastic with restaurants in walking distance. Downside: You can hear your room neighbours at times, I found the fridge quite loud and you can overall tell that this place is on the older side.

Budget option with great location. Check-out details were unclear. If you can't sleep with light, make sure you bring something to cover your eyes, as there are no curtains and the streetlights are bright/slip through the blinds easily. Also, noise levels were an issue. You could hear the next room and snow removal efforts (appreciated, of course) as if they were in there with you. Suppose it was fine since we needed to be up early anyway!

The hotel was comfortable, clean and very well located for town. Not too close but only a few minutes walk. The rooms were fairly recently redecorated but they still needed a bit of tlc, for example some of the room needed a lick of paint, some cupboard doors were broken and the bath was scratched up. - Nothing that couldn't easily be fixed in a few hours and make the room feel better looked after. Like others we also found that the windows needed better curtains or proper blinds as it was too light and there was a lot of noise outside we could hear. We also worried what would happen if we needed help as we saw literally no staff while we were there and we didn't have a way of contacting them easily.
