Nice restaurant. Very busy. Our server was very friendly and efficient. The food was excellent. Upscale Tex Mex is how I would describe it. If you are in the area I'd definitely give this place a try.

Canned chicken!! That's what my wife got in her Spinach/Chicken enchilada. We've driven from Idaho to the Piglet several times each year--today was my birthday--and have always had wonderful food. So where/when did the canned chicken come from?? It wasn't here a year ago. A new chef? New management? A new cost-saving idea?? Please return to using real grilled chicken in your food or I'm going to stop recommending this place to my friends.

From the West Coast and love Mexican cuisine. This place was a very pleasant surprise. The salsa was great. Shrimp fajitas were perfectly cooked and not greasy. Fresh sides. Very good food.

This restaurant was fantastic! Definitely a wait to get in since we were there during a busy time of year. Our waiter was amazing, a young man from Romania, and was tipped accordingly! Great chips and salsa and queso. We had fajitas, enchiladas, tacos and enchiladas, we all agreed it was the best Mexican we’ve ever had, and we’ve been to many, including Mexico. Huge portions, and great beer! Keep doing what you do! Please offer these folks patience during these busy times and when they struggle to find help.

The murals were the best part of this place, they were great! The food was very bland, more Tex than Mex for sure. The steak burrito was tasty enough but the veggie burrito was an abomination. It was advertised as "zucchini, squash, green pepper, onion, sweet potato, spinach, and tomato" but mine only contained broccoli (?!?), red pepper and onion. The veggies we're steamed (!?) and wrapped in a plain tortilla and sprinkled with cheddar. Salted but otherwise unseasoned. A waste of $16. Drinks were strong but just margarita mix, nothing fresh. I would not recommend.
