Failed to take a photo but this place was the PERFECT spot after a long hike. Chips, dips, drinks, and fajitas! Thanks from Kansas!

Food was great and flavorful! Everything tasted delicious. We tried the veggie fajitas, burrito, sampler, chimichanga and fiesta chicken. The complimentary nachos and salsa was fresh and delicious! Portion sizes are really huge so order accordingly. The fiesta chicken and veggie burrito were out least favorite. We had a wait time of 30 mins at 1PM on a long weekend afternoon. One of the better places to eat in Jackson for sure.

This place has ruined Mexican restaurants for me because it was so good it doesn't compare to others!!! We stopped in after a day in the park and so glad we did. The food and drinks were so good and actually tasted fresh - from the chips and salsa to the drinks and dinner. You cant go wrong dining here. Will be on my list to visit when we come back!

Called to order take out or curbside as advertised on their website, but got no answer. So, drove to the restaurant to place an order in person (30 mile drive) only to be told that they were too busy with dine in guests to do take out. Uh, really? How about put a take out order in the queue along with dine in orders. When a dine in order is ready, take it to the table and when a take out order is ready, take it to the door. Quite simple. Unacceptable particularly during a pandemic when not everyone can dine in at a crowded restaurant. Have always visited Merry Piglets when in Jackson, but will never do so again.

We came in for drinks and a snack. I think they might be a little under staffed but I'm not going to change the rating because of it. I think we all need to have a little patience. What they did well/great? The wholly trinity of a good Tex-Mex place is chips, salsa and guacamole and it was excellent. Honestly, some of the best salsa we've had. Spicy jalapeno margarita was on point too with a decent kick but not too much if you can't handle a lot of heat. Small Guac was a little small but the chips and salsa are free! I would definitely come back lunch or dinner.
