Macy's goes above and beyond to help their customers around the valley. The owner, Dwight, helped us locate our septic system and went out of his way to help us out. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

Dwight Reppa is the owner of this business & this man truly does care about his work. So grateful that people like this still exist in Jackson Hole! As my basement was flooding, Dwight took the time on the phone to tell me what to try with the valve to reduce water -- Plus he came over immediately to talk to me about what was happening as my basement was flooding. He knew I was scared & a bit frantic because the property management company wasn't telling me anything. Dwight arrived before the plumber the property company hired & before the town came to shut off the water. People forget, in situations such as these - the owner or renter needs to stay informed. Dwight didn't forget that detail. He spoke to me kindly & informatively, which I really appreciated. Thank you, Dwight for being an amazing business owner & helping me through a difficult situation!
