Phone answering system 3 calls ...no answer... Finally a human who was Clueless as to where agents are out of office or out of the country.. Calls goe to VM with robot message. You want to spend several million $$ or more and Compass can't afford a real person on the phone @6% commission something is wrong. The answer is the office Broker isn't paying attention. Not staffing properly even if it has to be them answering the phone. It's their business. They get 50% of the commission. So this tells me broker not engaged in their business. It isn't just writing it up no more you hit to do a little work. Taking order days is over. Real question is why do business with folks who don't care? Now more than ever. Lots of other real estate folks Sorry just being real.
