Lazy Eyes

Great people who take great care of their clients! My third year with them! They have a wide variety of glasses and are very patient and helpful when looking for a new pair. They also take time to thank you for referring new people which I think is amazing! Never expected such a kind gesture! Awesome place!

I was referred her by a friend who is a patient here, and just after my first visit I will Highly recommend! Dr Edward's is very thorough is explaining your eye health, unlike my other eye doctors in the past. The staff is super friendly as well. I will definitely be returning :)

Dr. Edwards is fantastic with kids. He tells them eye rolling jokes and teaches kids how their eyes work, so they feel like they know a lot when the appointment is over. The staff doesn't seem to have a problem with kids being loud and even wandering around the office a little. And they're very patient with younger kids. I would definitely recommend this office to families.

Disappointed. Dr. Harris has been my doctor for years, he is a fantastic optometrist, but his staff needs improvement. I had several recent appts, one for an exam to get a new prescription and glasses, and others to find out why my vision is blurry. In between these appts I received a phone call stating that I would have to reschedule because Dr. Harris was out of town and unavailable. That was fine, no problem, and I was there at the new date. My next appt was scheduled 8 weeks later. So on Sept. 7th, I walked up to the receptionist and said I had a 11 o'clock with Dr. Harris. She looked in her computer and said there was no appt. for me. I showed her my appt card that was given to me 8 weeks ago. She then said Dr. Harris was not available until the 9th. She said that they called me and told me that. I told her that I never received a phone call, otherwise I would have rescheduled. She then said I was sent a voicemail stating I had to reschedule. I told her that I never received a voicemail. She made me feel like I was lying. I guess I will spend my money elsewhere.

Called to see if I could get an appointment scheduled anytime with a week in advance just to try, lady was very rude said nope absolutely not we are scheduled out 3 months in advance...so I don't who schedules that far in advance but I feel I was lied to because she probably didn't want to look. Doesn't matter the front desk is rude anyways...I took my business too casper vision center. They got me scheduled the following Monday. Shouldn't have to plan an eye test 3 months in advance
