Knotty Pine

Heading west from Yellowstone, we were looking for a nice place for dinner - and we did! Cosy garden, cowboy-style interior (sometimes with live music), super friendly staff and yummy American food! A lot of meat to choose from, delicious sides (one of the best onion rings I've ever had!) - we couldn't decide what to eat, so we took a combo option to share with a mix of ribs, pulled pork and bricket with onion rings, coleslaw, mashed potatoes with gravy. And a local IPA for refreshment. All of it was a great choice, a bit heavy for a late dinner, but who cares! π

We sat outside on the patio and it was super cozy. Spinach and artichoke dip was actually the best Iβve ever had. Food was delicious and service was great. If we lived near Idaho we would definitely return!

Put this on your Must Eat Here when in Victor! Great mountain ski town vibes! Great staff and menu! Our server Courtney was the best! Menu is epic and portions amazing. Buson burgers and giant side of fries rock and topped off with their own in house bbq sauce!! Oh and their sliced brisket was smoked perfect. Not fatty and tastless but perfect crust and balance of lean-ness and melted in mouth!

Incredible place, all around. Food is exquisite - for bar type food. Fresh salads and meat favorites. Consistently good!!! Thank you!

Beautiful evening, we were there about 7pm and managed to snag an outside table. Staff were friendly and helpful. We shared a Kansas City style BBQ large combo plus onion rings. (Weβre not big eaters.) Combo was ribs plus our choice of burnt ends and pulled pork. It could be said that the ribs were a little too dry, but it was helped along by the Knotty Pine house sauces. On the other hand, the burnt ends and pulled pork were absolutely stunning, as were the onion rings. If not for the fact that we live on the other side of the world, we would be back again and again.
