My experience with Kismet was amazing. I worked with Jeff and his team and he helped me find exactly what we were looking for. The quality of the product is obvious and is clearly custom made. The price was very good and Jeff really worked with me to accommodate my needs. His team was also very helpful. I highly recommend them. You won’t find better customer service and price for the quality product. Amazing.

Jeff and his team took Amazing care of us as we were looking for a few new rugs. He was gracious with his time and expertise. He came to our home and showed us all the rugs we wanted to see on site and gave us as much time as we needed to make a decision. I love every rug we chose. We appreciate Jeff not only for his rugs but he has become our friend as well!

This is an amazing shop. Winter or summer it transcends time and allows me to be surrounded in amazing beauty with all the rug selection. Beautiful quality for any decor. I have had an opportunity to use their repair service as well which was timely and very professionally accomplished. Only a very trained eye would recognize the repair on thorough inspection. Take time to find a treasure for your lifetime in this beautiful shop with the owner and his staff. Great service and selection you simply won't find again.

Working with the team at Kismet was a pleasure. Jeff is very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. His team went through countless rugs with my husband and me until we found the ones we liked. The options were endless, and all of the rugs were high quality. We were furnishing a condo, so we needed multiple rugs. Jeff personally brought the rugs to our place so we could try them out in the space before purchasing them. The overall experience with Jeff and his team was effortless and enjoyable. Jeff and Crystal were absolutely phenomenal. They went above and beyond to help us find the perfect rugs for our home. The designs are gorgeous, they’ve got all sorts of aesthetics and are extremely knowledgeable about the history of each piece. We will definitely be back!
