Working with the team at Kismet was a pleasure. Jeff is very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. His team went through countless rugs with my husband and me until we found the ones we liked. The options were endless, and all of the rugs were high quality. We were furnishing a condo, so we needed multiple rugs. Jeff personally brought the rugs to our place so we could try them out in the space before purchasing them. The overall experience with Jeff and his team was effortless and enjoyable. I will be going back for future rug needs. I highly recommend Kismet.

Jeff is one of the best small business owners I've ever met, and is truly the #1 expert regarding anything rugs. The quality of his inventory is what sets him apart from other rug stores in JH, but the biggest difference is his attention to detail and service.
