I’m a newer resident in the Jackson area and worked with Chloe Krause to line up homeowners and auto insurance. Chloe has been and continues to be incredibly helpful. Very responsive, knowledgable, on top of the details and has a great attitude, all with good insurance products. I’ve been very happy with my experience.

Recently, I moved back to Wyoming and tried transferring our insurance to another State Farm Agent near us. However, it was a struggle so I decided to call Katie Murphy in Jackson. Jackie, who answered the phone was extremely professional, respectful and compassionate to our needs. There were a few hiccups transferring back to Wyoming, however, Jackie was diligent in getting the task done as well as in a timely manner. The wife and I are excited to make a trip to Jackson to meet Jackie and Katie and personally thank them both.
