I went in to see if they would be able to help me with new boots/boot fit. I literally could not get anybody’s attention. I would not have been upset if somebody would have acknowledged my existence and told me they were too busy at that time, but I literally couldn’t even get anybody’s attention. Meanwhile, one of the employees was actively making fun of skiers elsewhere. Bad look when a lot of your business is likely coming from out of state. I’ll keep my boots for now and go somewhere respectful and where I’m not completely invisible.

Best boot fitting experience I ever had. I came in with my 20 year old race boots, which had been professionally fitted and which I loved, but they were in rough shape. Andy fitted me with a pair of Lange RS 130s, which I have loved skiing on this week. Great service, and great result. (The one small hiccup is that these boots seem to have more clearance under the sole than the old ones, and the brakes on my Look bindings got stuck under the boots a couple of times, with embarrassing results).

You can't rent things online, website always error 404 page does not exist when you try to checkout. Even the customer service person that I eventually got to (about 5 full minutes of having to listen to a long messages and selecting several different numbers later) said the website never works and they constantly are busy renting things over the phone to people which is such a waste of time. Also, ski storage is not free (I thought it was so just heads up) Update: very impressed with staff, very nice and helpful. I gave them another star for that.

Absolutely great experience. The entire staff had me in and out with equipment in no time. I was able to demo a couple skis. Jack was super helpful and I ended up buying 1 of the pairs I took for a demo. Thank you for the great day and skis to bring home.
