Very knowledgeable staff and incredible selection

I worked with Jackson Moore on a tricky lighting situation in our kitchen. They were able to help me navigate the best lighting solution for our needs. In the end, we couldn’t be happier with the service and results. You just can’t get this level of expertise by doing this yourself online.

We have been using Jackson Moore Lighting in Jackson Hole for almost 30 years. We'd always been happy with their selection and service. We've purchased lighting and furniture in the store in the past. We went into the store on 9/5/17 because we needed a bathroom light fixture quickly. We knew the selection on hand would be slim, but we figured if anyone had something they would. The guy working was condescending and rude. He treated my soft spoken, engineer, very intelligent husband horribly. I wanted to walk out, but my husband chalked it up to him being an obnoxious sales person and wanted to find something that would work. We found something (which the sales guy had broken when he installed it on their wall) that works. I will do everything possible to not have to go into that store again. This guy just lost a customer...who posts reviews.
