Jackson Hole Lodge

Overall this is a great place to stay for the price. It was substantially cheaper than staying closer to downtown plus more amenities. The pool, hot tub, and sauna are great and good sized. The breakfast wasn't bad, the bacon was great everything else was okay. We had a double queen room and it was pretty big with a large bathroom. Most of the staff was amazing to work with. Our only complaint is the shuttle around town. We used it once and and planned to use it during our whole stay as a complimentary shuttle. But when we came back the driver was adamant that the shuttle runs only on tips and you have to tip to use it. We planned on tipping him anyway but just waiting till the end of the trip since we didn't have cash. But the way he presented it was if we don't tip every time for a 3 minute drive then we don't get the service. After that we just used our car which was fine, there is plenty of free parking around the square area. But we did almost get hit by the shuttle driver when we were coming back one night. He was flying through the parking lot not paying attention. Overall we would definitely stay here again. Just planning on not using the complementary shuttle.

it was nice and comfortable. the negatives were uncomfortable bed and pillows and a broken toilet ( ran all night and didn't flush during day) mattress had an old motel feel and pillows were way to hard. it had a warm vibe though and the TV and mirrors work. while you need a rent a car it's close to all destinations

Husband and I stayed here for a week and we were very happy with our experience. The king bed/fireplace room was exactly what we wanted. The included breakfast was good quality and the indoor/outdoor pool and spa was a unique feature that we enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again.

Older facility my but clean and well maintained. Outdoor pool and hot tub are great if you can catch them without crowds (towels are in short supply so bring your bath towels down with you). Most of the front desk was awesome (especially the gentleman who was there most weekdays who wears a cowboy hat- forgot his name, sadly). The breakfast was best I have ever had at a hotel and I am used to staying at higher end chain hotels. Breakfast staff was friendly and attentive. Only complaint was being on the 3rd floor and the elevator going out of service but that was only really an issue getting the bags down at checkout and the front desk gentleman referenced above offered to help carry. Otherwise, stairwells were clean. Incredibly convenient for the bus stop. Hotel shuttle was convenient but he drove a little fast and was braking a little heavy for my liking. Overall, would highly recommend.

Stayed here just to sightsee so liked the quiet room. Wonderful shower with jets from above and from wall. Being 6'5", this was much appreciated. The breakfast was good with great service though would have liked more options such as sweet breads and simple hard boiled eggs. The pool and hot tubs are well maintained and clean. The property is going through a remodel toward a more modern vs rustic look. I hope the bears stick around.
