Amazing room. Ambiance of the hotel is fantastic. Pool view of mountains is becoming blocked by trees (which, in trade, offer privacy), but overall, great setting! Wood carvings are an excellent touch. Bar made great drinks. Proximity to exuberant was fantastic. Wish we had more time there and hope to return one day.

Wonderful place. Comfortable. Mountain cabin-style luxury (but it'sa hotel, not cabins). Pricey so watch out. They are training recent hires which is very good but service can be a little slow. Manager Abby is outstanding and ready to help.

Rooms and location were not my favorite, but I have to acknowledge that the service was excellent. I needed more shampoo, towels and a pillow, the concierge took care of us. Also the breakfast and service was fantastic, the latino staff was so cordial that I was pleased with their kindness. Even when the bear-spray incident occurred at the lobby, the employees installed fans and cleaned it.

We will definitely be back!! After long days in the park, the showers here were outstanding. Staff was very nice and helpful with suggestions for activities in the area, they even scheduled some of them for us. Oh, and the breakfast!! We couldn’t have lasted the long days of exploring without fueling up each morning. The best hotel breakfast I can recall eating, and it was included! The Lodge is our new go-to hotel for our annual Jackson Hole trip.

Not awful but not great. Most of the staff at the front desk were great but the first person I encountered was less than polite or kind. There are definitely some artistic liberties taken with the pictures on the website vs. the hotel as I saw it. Our room was not cleaned and we had to go down and ask for towels at the front desk. While there, 2 other people asked for the same thing. I can understand if they were short staffed but it would have been nice to have a note saying that or telling us upon check-in. We are reasonable and would have understood. The final off-putting item was the change machine for the laundry room. They had no change nor did they have any change at the front desk. Our tour guide the day before said WY has more banks than gas stations....if this is true, it is unacceptable not to have change for the washer and dryer. The pool was nice and the hot tubs were cozy and warm. The breakfast was average but nothing too special. Given the amount of money per night, we expected a little more than what we rec'd.
