Very nice! The beds super comfortable. It's so quiet, we were on the bottom floor, no noise from above or beside us or in the hallway. And judging from the parking the hotel was full. We stayed off season so the rate was very reasonable for such a nice place. The breakfast was also above and beyond delicious. Two types of eggs, potatoes, sausage & bacon, sliced fruit, toast, bagles, muffins. One of the nicest hotels in Jackson.

We stopped here after a wild and western visits to Yellowstone and Tetons, and found this location to have comfortable beds, amazing amenities. It was a great feeling to wash off the wild and western world outside in the amazing bathroom with waterfall showerheads or rest and recoup by the in room fireplace. The staff was helpful friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was the best free breakfast I can remember. The hot tubs and sauna were restorative. We fit in pretty well with all the wild life here. Would definitely stay again if we ever in Wyoming.

Amazing room. Ambiance of the hotel is fantastic. Pool view of mountains is becoming blocked by trees (which, in trade, offer privacy), but overall, great setting! Wood carvings are an excellent touch. Bar made great drinks. Proximity to exuberant was fantastic. Wish we had more time there and hope to return one day.

One of the best hotels we've stayed at! It was very clean and the heated pool was a great addition. It's got a pretty decent view. Nice little gym and laundry area. Great customer service and the breakfast for a hotel was actually pretty darn good. I highly recommend it!

Not awful but not great. Most of the staff at the front desk were great but the first person I encountered was less than polite or kind. There are definitely some artistic liberties taken with the pictures on the website vs. the hotel as I saw it. Our room was not cleaned and we had to go down and ask for towels at the front desk. While there, 2 other people asked for the same thing. I can understand if they were short staffed but it would have been nice to have a note saying that or telling us upon check-in. We are reasonable and would have understood. The final off-putting item was the change machine for the laundry room. They had no change nor did they have any change at the front desk. Our tour guide the day before said WY has more banks than gas stations....if this is true, it is unacceptable not to have change for the washer and dryer. The pool was nice and the hot tubs were cozy and warm. The breakfast was average but nothing too special. Given the amount of money per night, we expected a little more than what we rec'd.
