Jackson Hole Lodge

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk Easy access to the square and Snow King for skiing/snowboarding. Hot tub was nice before a ton of kids splashed all the water out and got debris in it. Rooms were very nice/clean Free shuttle provided for those with no vehicle. Cons: Breakfast was the same everyday (eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes)(French toast/gravy biscuits one morning) ***Cleaning staff used gloves to wipe dirty tables, take dirty dishes/food, and then used same gloves to go touch all the new food that was placed out. (Touched all the fruit and bagels with dirty gloves) Noticed some cleaning staff had runny noses/coughing, wiped their nose with their gloves then proceeded to touch food to restock buffet.*** Also wore same gloves to stock coffee bar opening up boxes and then going and touching food.

The rooms are roomy and comfortable. We had one with a fireplace and it was great to warm you up after being out all day. The outside hot tub was great even in 10 degree weather. The breakfast was excellent as well as the burger and chicken sandwich from the lounge. Location is great but not within walking distance of town Square. However, the shuttle service was excellent with less than a 10 minute wait.

went on vacation with family. Great pool area (indoor/outdoor pool). Soaking tub and outdoor hot tub which was great for after skiing. Best continental breakfast I ever had starting at 7am which is perfect for a bite to eat before skiing. Ski lockers for storage with easy access. All I all a great place for a ski vacation.

This is a super busy place hustling and bustling with people. Great free breakfast. Nice gas fireplace in the rooms. Love the indoor/outdoor swimming and the hot tub. Would love the sauna if it worked all the time. It worked the first day we were there but couldn't get it to operate the next morning. Shuttle service is good. One thing that bugged me was: don't bother calling the front desk, 1) it will ring forever, 2) if they bother to answer they will put you on hold and then you are back to square one. Just go to the desk and ask for whatever in person. One great thing was that I lost my credit card in the hotel, someone picked it up and then turned into the front desk. Hallelujah. Overall I'd give this place a 4.2. Lots hood about it, a few things annoying. We enjoyed our stay and loved being able to swim inside and outside. We really like the little bear sculptures all over the grounds.

One of the best hotels we've stayed at! It was very clean and the heated pool was a great addition. It's got a pretty decent view. Nice little gym and laundry area. Great customer service and the breakfast for a hotel was actually pretty darn good. I highly recommend it!
