I had a WONDERFUL experience with Jackson Hole Jewelry Company. My engagement ring had once belonged to my fiancées grandmother and after years of use it needed some TLC and repair. The owners and staff were so welcoming and explained everything that was going to be done to the ring. I was shocked to find out that all work is done in house! There was no worry of the ring being lost in shipping. When I arrived to pick it up, it looked more beautiful than ever! This is such a special ring to me, and Jackson Hole Jewelry Company did a great job.

I was greeted with warmth by the staff when I entered the shop. They were all approachable and very knowledgeable about their collection. A special shout out to Casey for helping me select the perfect piece of jewelry for my girl that fit my budget. What also truly sets this store apart is their exquisite jewelry collection. The designs, inspired by the local Tetons, are nothing short of breathtaking. Each piece speaks volumes about the skill and creativity of their designers, making it almost impossible to leave with just one. I’m looking forward to returning for our next treasure.

Communication was first rate and always prompt. The turnaround time to create what amounted to a custom piece of jewelry was modest. The delivery was fast. Even the packaging showed great care and attention to detail. Oh, and the jewelry? Stunning! I hope I live a long life so I have many days of enjoyment wearing this lovely work of art.

Had the best experience! My husband and I came in to look at the Teton rings and the gal that helped us (I don’t remember her name) was great. The Tetons are very special to us as we got engaged at Jenny Lake and we both love the Jackson area. We ended up with a set of rings and they were kind enough to get the rings sized in time for us to leave Jackson with the rings instead of waiting for them to be shipped to us. That was truly special and very thoughtful. We will definitely be back!

Their staff is willing to assist and always go out of their way to give excellent customer service!! My first purchase was online and Traci reached out to me with shipping details. A couple weeks later I visited Jackson Hole and stopped by the store. Traci remembered my name and my order!! Whether I am going for a natural look or more glamorous style, she has helped me build a set of stacking rings that are diverse and beautiful! Because of her services, I have ordered several items and hope to visit the store again!
