    I have used Jackson Hole central reservations two times for our winter trips. Kathy has helped me both times and she is amazing. We had several activities planned and we had absolutely no issues. Highly recommend.

    Unfortunately we had a bad experience with Jackson Hole Central Reservations. We were told our lodge would have 4 beds plus a pull out couch/bed. When we arrived the lodge only had 2 beds and a pull out. Hotel Terra and Jhole Reservations did not have any interested in accommodating us although the manager from Jhole reservations acknowledged that a mistake had been made. They were under the impression our room was in fact going to have 4 beds and a pull out however it did not. Instead of working with us on it they decided to just ignore our phone calls after the 2nd day there. The skiing was phenomenal but we would not return to Hotel Terra or utilize Jackson Hole Central Reservations again. This was our groups 5th annual trip to Jackson in February of 2021.

    We had a horrible experience with central reservations. After confirming our sleeping accommodations with central reservations several times we arrived at the hotel to find we did not have enough beds. The manager Frank agreed that this was unacceptable but did nothing to fix it. Considering we spent over $10k for our reservation, Its ridiculous that we had people forced to sleep on the floor. I wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt but I have now left Frank four voicemails and he has not returned any of my calls. Worst experience and will never book through central reservations again.

    Worst customer service I had experienced tried to book a vacation down to Jackson Hole Wyoming and suddenly I had booked which the agent name was Bridget Murphy I couldn’t finish booking with her due to many times on hold so I decided not to call back and finally decided to book on my own guys don’t waste your breath or your time for this call.

    I never write reviews on Google unless they are positive, but I'm so angry at this situation, I feel like I need to let others know. I'm sure this is a great company that helps creates magical vacations when everything works out. But sometimes life doesn't work out like it's supposed to and unfortunately this company does not honor their cancelation policy. Just know, if something happens and you need to cancel, even if you let them know in writing within their policy window, they likely won't answer your email or acknowledge that you sent it. Not only that, they will also not answer their phones when you call several times to verify that they received your written communication. When I finally got in touch with somebody they simply tell me that my cancellation is non-refundable without an explanation of why I wasn't answered originally. I do understand that it was during the Christmas season (Dec 22-23rd), but their website did not clarify any office closings or that they would be unavailable. Either way, a little communication goes a long way. This experience was enough for me to never book online through them again. Just go directly to the hotels. They actually have staff that can help you.
